Reinigt und entfettet im
Ultraschallreinigungsbad zerlegte Uhrwerke,
Gro?uhren und feinmechanische Pr?zisionsteile
bzw. Baugruppen. Dabei werden auch Fette,
Wachse und verharzte Rückst?nde entfernt.
Die Reinigungsl?sung ist nahezu pH-neutral
eingestellt und erm?glicht dadurch eine
schonende Reinigung. Messing und
kupferhaltige Legierungen werden aufgehellt,
Rostspuren werden allm?hlich entfernt. Für
Stahlteile ist nach der Reinigung ein tempor?rer
Korrosionsschutz gegeben. Auch für lackierte
Oberfl?chen geeignet.

The cleaning solution is nearly pH-neutal and

Brass and copper alloys are brightened. chrono
clean 1 : 20 achieves a temporary corrosion
inhibition for steel after cleaning.
Also traces of rust will be removed step by step.

Zur Feinreinigung im Ultraschallbad von Glasund
Keramik-Substraten sowie Baugruppen in der

and rebrightening of faded
casings made from plastic materials and of faded
lamella curtains.
The cleaner removes residues of light polishing
suspensions, grease/oil, residues of activated
fluxes (of RA-type), dust, fingerprints. Further on
it removes residues from tea, coca cola, milk.

Suitable as well for the slightly acid ultrasonic
cleaning of non-ferrous and light metals, stainless
steels, glass plastics as for the passivation of
surfaces of stainless and chromium-containing
steels.
Brass and copper alloys are brightened up.
Removes polishing media, mineral grease and oil,
oxide layers (e.g. verdigris), rust and lime.
The passivating action is based on the removal of
iron atoms by dissolution from the surface and
the increase of relative chromium content at the
surface.

Effet éclaircissant sur le laiton et les alliages

vert-de-gris) ainsi que la rouille et les dép?ts
calcaires.
L’effet de passivation sur les aciers Cr est produit
par le détachement des atomes Fe de la surface
ce qui a pour effet la croissance en teneur relative
